For only $189 per year, under $16 dollars a month River City Water Heaters and Plumbing will come to your home annually and inspect water and gas lines for deterioration or corrosion and most importantly leaks, or any other problem causing issues that are very easy to overlook or not seen until inspected. These are the most common issues that can ruin an appliance or floors or even the walls of your home if they are not found and corrected. Small leaks can lead to large problems and big bills.

Our technician will inspect your water heater and check for leaks on all accessible water and gas connections. They will inspect outside pipes and plumbing plus all supply lines connected to your toilets and faucets and check for leaks or faulty products or parts on all fixtures. All pipes or fittings must be accessible for inspection.
